Housing is a human basic need that everyone needs. The Afritech quest is to answer to this need by providing affordable solutions that address the challenges of shelter, more so, low cost housing or mass housing. We recognize the fact that land is a finite resources and construction costs, as an expense on material, labor and equipment, keeps on rising.
Our objective is to seek better ways to maximize the use of land by adopting mass housing concepts, address the challenges of material choice, as material and labor costs go hand in hand, and to focus on sustainable design ideas that minimizes the costs of running a home.
We believe that everybody needs to have access to affordable shelter, and design convenience, and therefore, our housing solutions are very competitively priced.
The high cost of architectural and engineering drawings need not to be a deterrent for one to consider more options out there before they spend their hard earned dollar. Indeed, Afritech has some solutions.
Our inspiration comes from not building tall, but instead, “digging deep.” Afritech digs deep into design issues such as cost, material selection, aesthetics, labor skill force, building codes, human safety, comfort, structural integrity, green building design among others factors and considers several alternatives before settling on the ‘best” one. That is how deep we dig.
